Form submissions, including uploaded photos and documents, are processed and stored through our website hosting provider's form-handling service. We retain your information for as long as necessary to complete your appraisal and to maintain reasonable business and tax records afterward, and we delete or anonymize it sooner upon a verified request (see Section 6).
